The part she has to tell herself
Three paragraphs of hers go here: why she left Machala, how she ended up selling property investment in Dubai, and what she learnt in her first year serving buyers twelve thousand kilometres away. It is the only part of this website nobody else can write, and the part that will do the most selling.

How I work
- I will not give you a return figure. Not even verbally. If somebody gives you one in writing, ask them who is guaranteeing it.
- Every fact I give you comes with its official source. If it has none, I will tell you it is my impression and not a fact.
- I explain the whole process before showing you a single unit. Buying without understanding what you sign is what turns out expensive.
- You can verify my licence and any advertisement's permit at the Land Department. I will tell you where to do it myself.
- Anything to do with your taxes you check with an adviser in your own country. I am not your tax adviser and I will not pretend to be.
